Vascular disease affects up to forty percent of the adult population, with symptoms ranging from mild or undetectable to severe complications. Neha Sheng, M.D., a vascular surgeon at Cook County Hospital, discusses the medical management and intervention options for Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) and Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), as well as strategies to prevent long-term complications.
