Make a fun Halloween craft to decorate your room. Supplies are provided in a Program Kit that you can pick up in Teen throughout the month of October.
Kits are also available at the Branches. These kits are for teens 12-19 years old and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, while supplies last.
