Self-defense is a life skill that is not consistently taught in mainstream education or vocational training; however, anyone can be targeted by a perpetrator. Join Lindsey Daehnke from Strictly Self Defense for this introductory workshop, which incorporates strategies to empower you with the mental, physical, and emotional skills required to prevent and recover from an unwanted interaction. This training is accessible to anyone who wants to learn, regardless of ability level.
