Program RoomMardi Gras is a traditional event based in Black and African culture. Resa Bazile is part of the New Orleans Baby Doll Mardi Gras troupe, a collective dedicated to making whimsical accessories for Mardi Gras. She specializes in "accessories with story". It may not be Mardi Gras anymore, but don't let that stop you from embracing your own story and making a parasol to reflect it.
