Join us for a Wellness in Nature Walk at the Ver Meineke Nature Center at Spring Valley in Schaumburg, a modernist home surrounded by 5 acres of gardens.

Led by certified Horticultural Therapist Navraaz Kaur Basati, the walk will be themed around the writings of botanist Robin Wall Kimmerer. The experience ends with a calming tea ceremony.
