In this powerful, immersive program from the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center, you’ll “walk” alongside Holocaust Survivors through their childhood neighborhoods and the concentration camps where they endured unimaginable hardship. As they share their personal stories of resilience and survival, you’ll gain a deeper, more human understanding of this pivotal moment in history.
Immediately following the VR experience, stay to hear directly from Holocaust Survivor Steen Metz, who will share his firsthand account of surviving a Nazi concentration camp during World War II. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to witness history through both immersive technology and living memory.
