Chat books and play trivia with Teen Librarians Abbey and Allison and special guest young adult local author, Ann Zhao. Ann Zhao is the author of Dear Wendy.
Ann Zhao (she/her) is a graduate of Wellesley College, where she studied linguistics with a minor in women’s and gender studies. She enjoys cooking, baking, and knitting, but she does not enjoy cleaning up after herself when she’s done with these activities. Now working the youth desk at a public library by day and writing by night (or, more realistically, also by day), Ann lives with her family in Illinois. Dear Wendy is her debut novel.
We have snacks, giveaways, and an author signing at the end of the program with a limited number of free books. You are welcome to bring your own copy of Dear Wendy to get signed.
