Hybrid: Empowered Caregiver: Caregiving and Supporting Independence

Rasmussen RoomThis program presented by the Alzheimer's Association will go into what a caregiver is, person-centered care, how the disease changes the role of a partner, how to develop a care team, and the signs of caregiver stress. What will also be covered is about how to keep your loved one as independent as possible for as long as possible and has "interactive" pieces that go through the examples of toileting, dressing, bathing, and eating.
You can choose to attend this program in-person or watch online on Zoom. Please indicate your preference when registering. After registering, you receive a link to the Zoom webinar at least three hours before the program.
