Program RoomAre you a teen looking for a new way to unwind, read, and connect with other bookworms? Join us for our brand new Teen Silent Book Club, a unique way to experience books in good company, without the pressures of book discussions or having to read pre-selected titles.
We create the peaceful reading environment with cozy snacks, flexible seating, ambient lighting, and a small craft. You bring your current read (physical books, eBooks, and audiobooks are all welcome!) and (optional) your cozy blanket and reading buddy.
How it works:
- Show up with your current read (or grab one from the library).
- Enjoy 15 minutes of conversation while finding a comfy spot to read.
- Relax and read at your own pace for 45 minutes.
- Continue reading or participate in our craft for the remaining 30 minutes.
Please note: You (or your parent/guardian for participants under age 18) will be required to sign our Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in this program. We will provide you with a copy of the waiver at the program.
