Rasmussen RoomIf you are 55 and older, join us for Senior Social Hour on Wednesdays from 2-3 pm in the Rasmussen Room at the Central Library. Each week, we will have different activities and presenters where you can join in a fun activity, learn, and make friends.
This week's presentation explores the basics of longevity medicine, including the difference between biological and chronological age, common health risks, and practical steps you can take to support healthy aging. Presented by Dr. Syeda Madani, board-certified physician, longevity specialist, and co-founder of BluePath Longevity in Schaumburg.
