November 1 and 2 are Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead. These days are traditionally celebrated in Mexico as days to honor loved ones who have passed. Sugar skulls are often made to represent those who are gone and act as offerings to them. Together, teens learn the importance of Dia de los Muertos and how it is traditionally celebrated. After we're done, teens will have a sweet snack!
Please note: You (or your parent/guardian for participants under age 18) will be required to sign our Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in this program. We will provide you with a copy of the waiver at the program.
