Schedule a free 30-minute consultation with geriatric and dementia care specialist Daxa Sanghvi to receive support for individuals living with memory loss and their families and/or caregivers. Please sign up for a 30-minute time slot from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Topics may include assessing care needs, exploring care options, navigating transitions, managing behavioral changes, ensuring safety, and adapting to health-related limitations. If the specialist is not busy during these appointment times, walk-ins may be accepted.
This program would provide seniors and their families with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss current concerns, explore available options, and to be aware of the resources available to them and to plan ahead with confidence and peace of mind.

Daxa Sanghvi is a geriatric care consultant with 23 years of experience supporting seniors and families. She specializes in dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s disease, helping improve both psychosocial and physical well-being.
