Join us to make your own candle. Choose from different options of scents and colors to promote relaxation. Then, participate in some quick mindfulness and meditation guides using a candle to help relieve stress.
Please note: You (or your parent/guardian for participants under age 18) are required to sign our Waiver and Release of Liability before participating. We provide a copy of the waiver at the program.
