Youth Program RoomJoin us for a workshop on art, comics, and writing led by Gale Galligan.
Gale Galligan is a New York Times bestselling cartoonist and shrimp chip enthusiast who lives in Pearl River, New York. They are the creator of four BABY-SITTERS CLUB graphic novel adaptations (books five through eight!), and you can spot them in The Claudia Kishi Club, a wonderful short documentary on Netflix. Following their work on the BSC, Gale created two original graphic novels, both written and illustrated by them: Freestyle and Fresh Start.
We are looking forward to Galligan's upcoming, secret graphic novel!.
