The Village of Hoffman Estates Dementia Friendly Community Committee is pleased to present this panel discussion on Wednesday, December 10th from 10am to 12 noon at the Schaumburg Township Library Central at 130 S. Roselle Rd. in Schaumburg in the Rasmussen Room. Join us for this dynamic panel presentation featuring local community agencies and first responders addressing the fictional account of Alice as she progresses through dementia. All are welcome and this event is intended for those facing memory loss and their caregivers and families.
