Memory Cafe: A Celebration of Spring

Rasmussen RoomThe Memory Café is a free monthly social gathering for individuals living with dementia and a family member, friend, or care partner. Please register each caregiver as a guest of the person attending the program. Each session includes social time, a group activity, and light refreshments. This is presented in collaboration with Synergy Home Care, Lutheran Home, and JourneyCare Hospice.
At this meeting, we will reminisce about our favorite spring memories, have a floral arranging activity, and light refreshments.
