Rasmussen RoomIf you are 55 and older, join us for Senior Social Hour on Wednesdays from 2-3 pm in the Rasmussen Room at the Central Library. Each week we will have different activities and presenters where you can join in a fun activity, learn, and make friends.
Unwind with certified sound healer Victoria Kowalska during a 30-minute sound bath using singing bowls and tuning forks to calm your mind and body. Sponsored by our community partner, Home Instead.
Stay afterward for light refreshments and conversation.
About the presenter: Victoria is also a Home Care Consultant with Home Instead, supporting families through caregiving education and self-care guidance.
