Online Program: Project Management 101 - Part 2

Michael Spilg, PMI-certified instructor, will offer a beginner-friendly overview of AI tools like OpenAI ChatGPT and provide an introduction on how to utilize them to enhance project productivity. He'll introduce important concepts for best practice like prompt engineering, awareness of bias, and keeping the human in the loop. He'll provide additional recommendations of resources for the audience to continue to explore beyond the presentation. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
This is Part 2 of a two-part presentation. Part 1 focused on overview of project management methods, introduced key tools, and resources for certifications like PMP, ACP, and CAPM.
