Online Program: Project Management - Key Tools and Resources
Central Library -
Michael Spilg, PMI-certified instructor, will offer a beginner-friendly overview of project management methods, including Traditional, Agile, and Hybrid approaches. He'll introduce key team roles, tools, and ways of thinking for each style. While we'll briefly mention PMI and the PMP certification, the main focus is on understanding how different project types are managed. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
This presentation is informational only and does not count for PDUs (Professional Development Units).
Join us for Part 2 of this presentation on February 3, 2026, at 7 pm, when Michael will explain how to use AI for Project Management, exploring various AI tools that support project workflows.
