The Stress Less Showdown is a quiz-based activity where individuals or teams answer multiple-choice and true/false questions related to stress and mental well-being which is imperative as a person searches for employment.
Patrons engage with topics such as stress management techniques, common signs of defeat, and the effects of stress on everyday life.
The format is designed to be informative and low-pressure, encouraging learning through friendly competition. It's a straightforward way to increase awareness and share useful strategies for handling stress more effectively. This is especially helpful for people in the process of seeking gainful employment.
