Join us for a thought-provoking self-reflection exercise inspired by the powerful artwork of Dr. Grishma Shah, a self-taught painter who explores themes of beauty, disability, and identity. Through her experiences as a woman of color with a disability, Grishma challenges societal perceptions of womanhood and invites us to see beauty from a new perspective. This program guides patrons in reflecting on their own perceptions of beauty, the changes we experience in our bodies, and embracing both inward and outward beauty. Through activities, discussion, and introspection, Grishma aims to foster a more inclusive and empathetic community.
