Join us for a book club designed for children with autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing sensitivities, or disabilities. This month, we read aloud, talk about, and complete activities based on the book A Pocket Full of Rocks by Kristin Mahoney.
Each season's treasure is kept and curated and loved, until it's time to give the treasures away and make room for new things to come. "A Pocket Full of Rocks" showcases how a creative child can see big possibilities in the smallest things. It's about noticing, collecting, appreciating, and sharing the wonders around us every day.
Caregivers are encouraged to attend with their child; siblings are also welcome.
