Learn to make a chocolate yule log for the holidays with Jessica Ellington. A yule log, or Bûche de Noel, is a Christmas cake shaped to resemble a log in the forest. These festive cakes are filled, rolled and covered with buttercream. The techniques in this class are easy to replicate and fun for the whole family.
