Listen to some summer jams while making your own tie-dye Tic-Tac-Toe carrying bag and marker pieces. This craft is messy; please dress accordingly.
Weather permitting, we'll meet outside on the Library's front lawn near the stairs of the East Entrance. If it is raining or extremely hot, the program will take place in the Teen Program Room.
Please note: You (or your parent/guardian for participants under age 18) will be required to sign our Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in this program. We will provide you with a copy of the waiver at the program.
