In honor of AAPI (Asian/Pacific American) Heritage Month, join us to listen to the ambient sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Tingsha Bells, and other instruments to tap into your deeper consciousness, creating a sense of calm, peace, and relaxation, all while promoting good health and balanced energy.
The mediation can be enjoyed in either a chair or on the floor. Chairs are provided. If you wish to sit on the floor, please bring a towel or mat as these are not provided by the library.
