Join us for our monthly hour-long program that encourages teens to practice self-care and provides them with the tools to help them get started.
This month we are providing a space to unwind with coloring supplies and hot chocolate.
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, "Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health."
Please note: You (or your parent/guardian for participants under age 18) must sign our Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in this program. We provide a copy of the waiver at the program.
