Pick-Up Program: State Flag Design Contest

Want to make history? The Illinois Flag Commission wants your design for the new state flag of Illinois. Participants can submit up to 3 designs for the new state flag. Please return your designs to the Fiction Desk at the Central Library or either branch location by Monday, October 14th and we'll submit them for you to be entered into the contest. Visit here for more information.
Please register to request the Program Kit which includes:
- cardstock
- detailed directions for the submission process
- notecard with artist information
We will notify you when your kit is available to pick up.
