Join us for our new, monthly, hour-long program that encourages you to practice self-care and provides you with the tools to help you get started.
This month, we'll go outside for a nature walk.
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, "Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health."
Please note: You (or your parent/guardian for participants under age 18) will be required to sign our Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in this program. Please read and agree to the waiver when registering. We can also provide you with a printed copy of the waiver at the program.
