From Rick Bayless to Stephanie Izard to Paul Kahan, Chicago has become a restaurant mecca for foodies. Cookbook author and chef Amelia Levin has assembled a wonderful cookbook that features over 60 signature “at home” recipes from some of Chicago’s beloved dining establishments. Join her for some cooking as she prepares a recipe or two from a famous Chicago restaurant in her home kitchen!
You can even follow along with Amelia and prepare the recipe(s) in your own kitchen. If you are interested, please email Jane Rozek for the recipe(s) before the program at jrozek@stdl.org
Part of our Chicagoland: Read All About It series.
This program will take place online on Zoom. After registering, you will receive a link to the Zoom webinar at least one hour in advance of the program.
