Experience the stunning paintings of Édouard Manet in a special exhibition at The Art Institute of Chicago. The first major exhibition of Manet's work in the city in more than 50 years features portraits, garden subjects, flower studies, and large multi-figure compositions such as In the Conservatory and Boating. En route to the museum, art historian Jeff Mishur provides commentary so you can enjoy the exhibit to the fullest. At the museum, Mishur will accompany us in the exhibit galleries and be available for casual conversation. Enjoy free time to explore the permanent collection and museum shops. A lunch voucher for the museum café is also included. This trip requires considerable walking.
