Maria Enmaunel guides patrons through a unique yoga experience. Also known as hasyayoga, this practice encourages intentionally laughing through playful exercises, breathing exercises, and affirmations. We provide chairs for patrons who do not wish to be on the floor. Please bring your own mat or towel.
