Schaumburg Township Historical Society, in partnership with Schaumburg Township and Schaumburg Township District Library, is hosting a bus tour of the four historic cemeteries of Schaumburg Township: St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery, Cedarcrest Cemetery, St. John Lutheran Cemetery and Greve Cemetery.

Tea, coffee and cookies will follow at the historic Sunderlage House, with its National Register Smokehouse in Hoffman Estates. Attendees will then return to the Schaumburg Township building to conclude the bus tour.

Two buses will leave at 1 p.m. from the Schaumburg Township building, 1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates. The cost is $20. Tickets are on sale Sept. 1 - Oct. 7, 2023.

Seating will be limited and registration will close when the buses are at capacity.
