Back by popular demand! Join Jeff Mishur on a guided tour exploring the present day features of the landmark 1909 Plan of Chicago. See how it shaped our stunning world class city and launched the City Beautiful movement. Highlights include the stories behind Lake Shore Drive, Wacker Drive, Michigan Avenue, as well as the lakefront park system and the relationship between Millennium Park and the Museum Campus. This trip requires moderate walking. Please bring money for lunch; we will stop at the Revival Food Hall.

Fees are due at the time of registration. Refunds may only be issued (less a $5 service fee) when cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance of the program. The Library must also be able to fill your spot on the trip to issue a refund.
Please note: You (or your parent/guardian for participants under age 18) will be required to sign our Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in this program. We will provide you with a copy of the waiver at the program.
