Forest Bathing Walk

Slow down, connect with nature, and reconnect with yourself on a guided meditative walk led by Navraaz Basati of Wandering Paths. The experience concludes with a relaxing tea ceremony. Please dress for the weather. The walk will go through the trails of the Spring Valley Nature Center. Please meet in the parking lot located off Schaumburg Road. 

Navraaz is certified in Forest Therapy, Horticultural Therapy, and Yoga, and brings her expertise in nature-based wellness to each guided walk.
