Historian Jim Gibbons will present the life of our 32nd President, a man of great adversity who was stricken with polio at a young age and confined to a wheelchair. Born into a life of extreme wealth and privilege, FDR followed Teddy’s political path, becoming Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Governor of New York and finally President.
