Led by certified Horticultural Therapist Navraaz Kaur Basati, the walk will be themed around the writings of scientist and activist David Suzuki. The experience ends with a calming tea ceremony.
This walk takes place at the Schaumburg Sculpture Park, located on the grounds of the Municipal Center. We will meet at the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts building, 201 Schaumburg Ct., Schaumburg, IL 60193. An email with meeting details will be sent out on the Monday before the walk and on the morning of. In case of inclement weather, this program will be rescheduled.
