Meeting RoomDue to the Hoffman Estates Branch's late opening for maintenance on November 21, Bone Density Testing will be conducted at the Hoffman Estates Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Rd. All registrants will keep their appointment time. Please contact the Village at (847)781-4850 for any questions.
A nurse from the Village of Hoffman Estates Health and Human Services conducts free bone density by appointment for anyone over the age of 18. Please register by calling the Village at (847) 781-4850. Registration is required. Please call with any cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment.
