Meeting RoomAll children are naturally musical and have the potential to sing in tune, move rhythmically and appreciate the beauty of music. Music Explorers classes encourage a child's musical abilities while educating their caregiver. These 30-minute classes will include folk songs, fingerplays, instruments, and stories, presented by a music education specialist.
This program is offered by the Illinois Wesleyan University through a grant from the Ralla Klepak Foundation.

With over 1 million visitors each year, the library circulates over 2,000,000 items annually and is the second largest public library in the state of Illinois.
